LEVEL
The Ascend program is ideal for girls and boys with little to no experience and those with experience in recreational programs around the area looking to improve skills and gain knowledge in a club-like environment without the full commitment.
ROSTERS
Teams are expected to have 8-12 athletes depending on registration numbers. Athletes will practice with their peer group the first two weeks prior to being rostered according to age and skill level.
Season
The Ascend season will run from January 24 through March 28 and it will be comprised of eight practices and two one-day tournaments at either ApexHQ or in-state.

Participation Fee: $250
Practices: Saturdays
Tournaments: 2
Gear: 1 Training Tee / 1 Uniform Top
