Cancellation Policy
Revised Booking Policy for Private and Semi-Private Lessons (Feb 10, 2025) IMPORTANT: To ensure our dedicated coaches are fairly compensated for their time and expertise, we have updated our booking policy for all private and semi-private lessons. We appreciate your cooperation. PREPAYMENT: Full payment is required to confirm your lesson booking. Your lesson is confirmed immediately upon successful online payment. PLAYER CANCELLATIONS: * Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will receive a full refund. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee. * No-shows will not receive a refund. PLAYER RESCHEDULING: * Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time and are subject to coach availability. * If a mutually agreeable time cannot be found, the lesson will be considered cancelled, and the cancellation policy will apply. COACH CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING: If a coach is unavailable for a scheduled lesson, we will make every effort to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, or if the athlete prefers, we will attempt to find an alternate coach for the original time slot. If neither of these options is suitable, the lesson will be cancelled, and the athlete will receive a full refund.
