Preseason Training

Our Preseason Training is available to all 11U-18U male and female athletes who want to start their travel season training early.

During these sessions, athletes will spend roughly 30 minutes being trained by Apex's full-time S&C Coach, Hannah Short, and 90 minutes by Apex's master coaches during the months of September and October.

These sessions will set the tone for a strong season and introduce new and returning athletes to the Apex Standard.
