HOW TO REGISTER
Please review all the information about timeline, membership requirements and age eligibility on this page.

NEW THIS YEAR: We are using Sprocket Sports for tryout evaluations and calendar management. You will need to create a Sprocket account or you can log in with an existing account you may already have for another sport / child. **Your Apex app credentials will not work for Sprocket.**
NOTE: For youth players, the account owner must be a parent or guardian. You can add additional guardians to the account later.

Fill out the account information for you and your child. Because we recommend players tryout with their peer group, tryout eligibility is based on GRADE, so please ensure that information, as well as DOB, is accurate.

Once your child’s profile is complete, the tryout they are eligible for will be displayed on the right hand side of your dashboard. Please complete the tryout registration and pay the registration fee.

If your child has a late birthday (after 7/1) and would like to be evaluated for their age group rather than their peer group, please email info@apexvolleyballchs.com so we can alter the registration.
USAV AGE DEFINITIONS
-
USAV age of eligibility is age of the athlete on JULY 1ST.
-
Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007 and a high school student in the 12th grade or below during some part of the current academic year are eligible to compete in 18U.
-
We highly recommend that players play with their grade when possible. For example, if your player is eligible by birth to play 14U but is going into the 9th grade, we recommend that they play with their class in 15U.
-
*Grade is not a determination of eligibility, only a reference for age in most circumstances.
