Ascend is our developmental program for athletes ages 8–14. This program is designed for girls and boys with zero to three years of volleyball experience primarily in recreational volleyball. 

Much like our other programs, Ascend focuses on fundamentals and heavy technical training. Ascend is structured similarly but without the full financial and time commitment of a full travel season. 

Athletes register for Ascend by age. They are split into full teams after two practices and remain with their groups for the duration of the program, including two mini-tournaments hosted at ApexHQ.
